Terrence Akari was a senator from Terra in the 28th century. She brokered a peace treaty with the Xi'an in 2789 while a Xi'an fleet was following the SS Lighthammer, although she was not authorized to do so without the Imperator's approval. However, the Xi'an accepted the peace treaty and their fleet following the SS Lighthammer powered down their weapons and backed away.[1]
