The Consolidated Outland Pioneer is an upcoming capital size heavy construction ship, essential for creating planetary structures used for colonization of new planets. It provides citizens and organizations with a true mobile base experience with systems including: resource extraction, resource refinement, crafting, small ship and land vehicle crafting, internal habitation, medical bay, and 4 extra large drones that can build any structure from small to extra large such as the supply bay that allows citizens to build space stations.
