Very little is known about the Anvil Aerospace F8 Lightning Heavy Fighter, other than that it will feature in Squadron 42. It won't go on sale on the website, and neither will it be easy to obtain in game since it is a military ship.
Two civilian variants have been made available to concierge level backers, the F8C Lightning and the F8C Lightning Executive Edition
