Dell is a town on Armitage in the Orion system, it was attacked in 2681 by Vanduul forces and all 638 inhabitants, except for John Phillips were killed. Weeks later the Advocacy agents Rhedon Lamr and Vasquez were send to investigate the damage inflicted to the town.
